2-bedrooms apt, front sea view (aprox. 85m² inside, plus 2 balconies: sea front 9m² + back 3m²): located on the 4th floor (of a 6 floors building with 2 elevators) right across the beach, fully equipped, with air conditioning and parking spot in garage. The AC is not seen in the pictures yet because it was installed on February 2017.

Free unlimited wireless internet, TV with channels in Portuguese, Spanish and English, Netflix (movies, series, cartoons, documentaries, stand-up, etc.), and parking spot in underground garage for a vehicle with a maximum length of 5.60m.
