The development is located on the site of Pedragosa, parish Of São Clemente, in an area of isolated buildings dispersed, enjoying an excellent sun exposure and beautiful panoramic over the sea.

It is an expansion zone of the city of Loulé, near the exit of this city to São Brás de Alportel.
The nearby environment has all the infrastructure sofa in which it is included, namely piped water, sanitation, electricity and communications networks.

Access to the property is made by paved camararia road, with easy accessibility to Faro International Airport and Via do Infante.
For the site was designed a development consisting of a Senior Residence unit with a capacity of 60 beds, a core of Supported Residences with a capacity of 120 beds and a Clinic that will encompass the assistance services normally required for this type of units.
The Algarve has more marked deficiencies in this segment, and in addition to the resident population there is also a fluctuating population of tourists / senior residents who increase the level of demand for this type of product.
Located 12 km from the coast, the town of Loulé retains its charm of other times, with the historic center worth exploring. The castle and its 12th-century walls offer views of typical Algarvian-paved roofs and cobblestone streets. Also in the old town you can find the 13th-century Mother’s Church, the Municipal Museum and the Garden of the Amuados that are worth a visit before exploring the many regional cuisine restaurants. Housed in an early 20th century Building of Arabic inspiration, the impressive Loulé Market is one of the city’s most famous landmarks. Its colourful stalls filled with fruit, vegetables, fish, cheese and regional sweets are an excellent sample of the region’s products.

This project, given its geographical insertion, aims to meet the existing needs in the area, aimed at an audience already resident in the surrounding area and with less purchasing capacity.
