- Maximum water consumption per week is 3 m3, if it exceeds - cost of 5 euros / m3, will have to be paid, by means of the readings calculated at check-out.

-The expenses of water, electricity and gas consumption (if applicable), are included within the normal parameters of a conscious use (60EUR for 30 days of reservation).
The counts at the entrance and exit are removed to calculate the consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding one is calculated).
Any consumption that exceeds the value included, will have this surplus to be regularized by guests to Nuris2u.
If the surplus is not regularized, the company reserves the right to withdraw the amount of the deposit.

In the kitchen you will find everything you need in order to prepare your meals. It is practical and quite functional due to the window that connects the kitchen with the living / dining.
The living room is modern and well-lit due to the sliding doors going to the balcony. The TV is via satellite with English spoken channels and the internet is via Wi-Fi.

On the balcony, the wicker table with glass top invites our guests to sit and enjoy the views of the garden and swimming pool.
Here you will also find a couple of sun loungers and if you have children you can look at them playing in the huge lawn.

The outdoor furniture (table and chairs) are made of wood and there also a portable charcoal barbecue.
