TERMS OF THE CONTRACT

2. Each apartment has maximum CAPACITY for 2 people;
3. The apartments are furnished and equipped;
4. Payment of income is made by Direct Debit into account and/or Bank Transfer;
5. With the signing of the Booking Agreement, the:
- The security deposit, in the amount of € 1000.00, intended to reserve the apartment and ensure the good maintenance of the property and all its filling and equipment as well as the cleaning of the same on the date of departure;
6. With the signing of the Lease agreement, the right to pay:
- The income of the 1st month of use;
7. The lessee has the duty to inform about the presence of animals in the apartment and make a security reinforcement under penalty of contractual resolution;
8. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment;
9. Electricity and Water of the leased fraction are on behest to the Lessee;
10. Requirement of guarantors (or bank guarantee/security deposit) in order to ensure the proper payment of rents*
*reserves the right not to conclude the lease if the guarantees offered are, by their assessment, insufficient.
