O nosso empreendimento do Lumiar foi transformado em 3 modernas unidades de Alojamento Local. Uma com capacidade para 6 pessoas (dois quartos) e as outras duas para 4 pessoas cada (com um quarto), foi dotado dos mais modernos meios de conforto, decorado com simplicidade e subtileza de modo a proporcionar o máximo bem-estar, privacidade e conforto a todos os seus hóspedes.

O Páteo das Buganvílias, deve o seu nome às frondosas plantas existentes no espaço comum, em torno do qual coexiste um elegante edifício oitocentista, a apresentar uma planta rectangular regular com dois pisos e águas-furtadas nas coberturas, destacando-se os panos de muro totalmente cobertos com azulejos, as janelas rectilíneas com molduras de cantaria salientes e as guardas das janelas de sacada em ferraria ornamental, magnificamente reconstruído aliando a arquitectura da época e a contemporânea de um modo extremamente harmonioso.

The apartment is located in Alfama, the most emblematic neighborhood in Lisbon. Set in a visually stunning hill that extends to the neighborhood of Graça, this is Lisbon at its most picturesque and the very soul of the city. Its name comes from the Arabic al-hamma, meaning baths or fountains.
Once Moorish and Jewish quarter before it became a fishing community this quaint medieval district is the oldest neighborhood in Europe after El Pópulo in Cadiz and the oldest and most typical neighborhood of Lisbon. It´s like a small village, where you can put away your map and wander aimlessly through its ’becos’ (alleys) and ’largos’ (small squares), allowing your senses to be the guides. You´ll find amazing river views, smell fish being grilled in a corner, hear the sounds of Fado coming out of a restaurant, taste authentic traditional meals, and touch some dazzling tilework.
The most spectacular views of Alfama have been the promenade formed by the sights Portas do Sol and Santa Luzia. Over and involving Alfama are the hill of the St. Jorge Castle, fortress and royal palace until the sixteenth century, and the hill of São Vicente. In addition to the Castle, the main area of the monuments are the Cathedral, the Church of St. Estevão and the Church of St. Vicente de Fora. Alfama is a very peculiar neighborhood resembling an ancient village not only in appearance as to have a relatively small and close community. The neighborhood is visited daily by Portuguese and foreign tourists and is considered as the safest of all Lisbon. It is known for its restaurants and fado houses, as well as the festivals of the Popular Saints, especially on the night of St. António, from 12 to 13 June.
The apartment is located on picturesque building in the heart of Alfama, no lift and narrow stairs.
As you enter you will feel the real sense of being in Lisbon. The apartment is like a dollhouse with beautiful details. The apartment has a maximum ceiling height of 2 meters.
Totally renovated it has an open space kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances and all the crockery and cutlery you need to prepare a home meal. It has boiler, hob and oven, fridge with freezer, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, mixer, iron and ironing board, clothesline and clothing springs.
Along the corridor you will find a totally renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower. Towels, hand gel, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and hairdryer are provided.
Next to bathroom lies the bedroom. Romantically decorated with a king size bed with a beautiful headboard and a shelf creates the ideal ambience to a perfect night. There is also a large closet for clothes.
On the left side lies the living room with a comfortable sofa surrounded by pictures of Lisbon traditional images. The beautiful handmade chandeliers all over the apartment recall the lamps of Lisbon streets. At the back of the living room there is a small table with 4 benches ideal for a nice breakfast. On the living room area there is also a comfortable sofa-bed for 2 extra Guests. A folding screen gives you all the privacy you need.
There is also a LCD TV with international channels and WI-FI access available throughout the house.
For the little ones there is a special place. A playroom with toys so they can feel at home while you relax after a busy day in the city.
On the up floor lies the large and stunning terrace with a dining area with 4 chairs and a side table for a relaxing meal watching the river. The dining area is closed all around with double glazing and curtains to guarantee you total privacy.
The large outdoor terrace has the best view you can get in Lisbon. Furnished with a parasol, two sun loungers, two puffs and two side tables it’s the best place to relax and enjoy the magnificent panoramic view from the St. Estevão Church to the traditional Lisbon roofs, from the Tagus river to the narrow and picturesque alleys of Alfama, from the steamers docked on the coast to the remarkable sunrise in the morning or the even the romantic evenings with the moonlight reflected in the river.

Minimum stay: 4 nights. Up to 4, can be allowed case by case, but extra cleaning fee of €50 will be charged.

Check-in - Between 04p.m. and 08pm.; before 04pm only if it´s possible and an extra fee of EUR 30 will be applied; late check-in between 08pm and 12am an extra fee of EUR 30 will be applied; late check-in after 12am an extra fee of EUR 50 will be applied.
Check-out - Between 08am and 11am; after 11am only if it´s possible and an extra fee of EUR 30 will be applied; early check-out before 06am an extra fee of EUR 50 will be applied; early check-out between 06am and 08am an extra fee of EUR 30 will be applied.

Extras:
Transfer Airport / Apartment: can be arranged for an extra cost.
Baby / Child Equipment: Cot and high chair for infants and toddlers can be provided for an extra fee of €5 per day.
Cleaning services: Linen/maid services can be requested at an extra fee, however a housekeeping service with fresh bed linen and towels is secured before every check-in. Cleaning fee 30€ paid on the booking.
Extra cleaning fee of €50 will be applied on stays up to 4 nights.
