Land with 19 hectares located in the municipality of Sesimbra, between the A2 motorway and the urbanization of Quinta do Conde, where we can find diversiied trade and services.

A Request for Prior Information is under consideration at Sesimbra City Council for an allotment operation.

The Project represents a rupture with the layout of the existing urban fabric, intending to design an ’order’ for the ’chaos’ with new ideas, with a response of spaces that point to a life closer to nature, more harmonious and healthy, connecting the two urban spaces, the new and the existing one, strongly intertwining them, expanding the urban complex, projecting new responses, but understanding the complex as a unique place.

Thirty-two private, independent lots are proposed (from Lot 1 to Lot 31, for the typology of townhouses, plus Lot 32, for a Commerce and Services building), with a total of 300 (three hundred) of fireworks.

The sum of the area of the private lots (following the concessions) is 45,822.5 m2 (or 44,090.0 m2 if we consider only the townhouses);

The sum of the area of Plots, or public lots (some dedicated to the construction of equipment for collective use) is 46 375.0 m2;

The sum of the maximum deployment area, at the level of the cellars, is 21 230.5 m2 (maximum 52% occupancy of private lots);

The sum of the maximum implantation area, at ground floor level, is 19,800.0 m2 for townhouses, or 20,800.0 m2 (maximum 50% occupation of private lots);

The sum of the maximum gross construction area (ABC, or Pavement Surface) above the ground is therefore equal to 36 000 m2, in the case of townhouses, or 38 000 m2 if you include all private lots, in the form of 2 floors above ground, not including the basement, used for storage or parking;

The sum of the maximum gross construction area (ABC, or Pavement Surface) above ground, estimated for public equipment is 2,700.0 m2.

Close to the plot, north of the A2, are the Coina Railway Station and the Barreiro Retail Park.

Lisbon is about 30 minutes away, as are the beaches of Sesimbra.
