This urban operation consists of the licensing of a rural hotel on a farm where there is already agricultural activity, as evidenced by the
opinion of the Regional Directorate of Agriculture and Fisheries of the Algarve that joins.
It is intended to be classified as 4 stars for this Rural Hotel, with the areas of the accommodation units and other support above the values
referred to in the current legislation, namely in Ordinance No. 327/2008, of 28 April.
The rural hotel will have a total construction area of 2000 m2 spread over 3 blocks, 2 of which are intended for accommodation units and the central block of
Hotel entrance reserved for the various hotel services.
The two blocks of the accommodation units are partially buried in order to minimise the impact on the landscape, with all the
Southeast-facing units providing an overview to the southern part of the farm.
It will have a capacity of 39 accommodation units (20 accommodation units on floor 1 and 19 accommodation units on floor -1, with 3
accommodation units on the 1st floor and 3 accommodation units on the -1 floor are prepared for people with reduced mobility), with a
meals and respective service pantry, public toilet facilities, living room with bar service and a shop to sell products from the
fifth.
The hotel will have a total of 13 common parking spaces outside, 2 of them reserved for users with reduced mobility,
plus 12 covered private parking spaces in the garage on the -1 floor, fully closed.
In the eastern part of the hotel, relating to the rear east elevation, there will be a swimming pool, divided into two parts, the children’s area with 45 cm, and an area for
adult with two levels, 65 cm and 1.75 m deep with a ramp transition.
In the northern area there is a path that will be made public, for integration into the municipal network, and the integration process has already been approved
by deliberation of the CMA and awaiting approval by the Municipal Assembly.
