This urban rehabilitation project is located in one of the most emblematic areas of the city of Porto, the Cedofeita/Praça Carlos Alberto area. The building is located at the junction of Rua Miguel Bombarda and Rua de Cedofeita, in an area where both streets are pedestrianized.
Rua de Cedofeita is a historic, typically commercial street and an axis with a lot of pedestrian circulation, which connects the Boavista area to the center of Porto. It is a street lined with several emblematic buildings, which ends in one of the most beautiful squares in the city, Praça Carlos Alberto where there is the Order of Mount Carmel.
