The Silva Carvalho 285 project is a building that manages to achieve a symbiosis between the traditional design of the neighborhoods of Amoreiras and Campo de Ourique and the demands of current society and increasingly based on proximity.

A project developed by ARX Portugal, maintained the existing facades, rehabilitating the building and preparing it for housing use, with the typological reformulation having 5 fractions; with 1 apartment of typology T2 in Duplex, 3 apartments T1 (2 in Duplex) and 1 apartment T0, designed according to current standards of comfort and experience.
