The living room has a fireplace and large stove with 2 heat systems. It has a large equipped kitchen in open space format, with the dining room, laundry room and gym.

Outside the house we also have garage / storage room, shed for 2 cars, has a nice swimming pool with water system (swimming pool with compensation tank), and a water hole approved for irrigation.

Automation of gates, lights, lights in the pool, deck all in the same command, electric shutters throughout the house with remote control and programming, hot water (heat pump). The type of heating is done by air conditioning of last generation. It is partly furnished.
