Die Grundstücke befinden sich am Ortseingang von Setúbal, im neu erschlossenen Gebiet von Setúbal mit neuen Straßen rund um das Viertel und einem neuen Einkaufszentrum (dem ersten in Setúbal), das im Oktober 2014 eröffnet wurde, und liegen südlich der Av. Antero de Quental.
Setúbal liegt 32 km von Lissabon entfernt. Zwischen dem nördlichen Teil des Flusses Sado und im Westen, in der schönen Gegend der Serra da Arrábida (Naturpark). Setúbal hat eine der schönsten Buchten der Welt. Der Bezirk Setubal hat 900.000 Einwohner und mehr als 130.000 Einwohner in der Gemeinde Setubal, die ein wichtiges städtisches Zentrum mit einer Fläche von mehr als 172 km2 ist, das in 8 Unterzonen unterteilt ist und zum ’Großraum Lissabon’ gehört. Setúbal ist mit dem Rest Portugals durch hervorragende Autobahnen verbunden, die es Ihnen ermöglichen, in jeden Teil des Landes zu reisen. The present project is composed by 16 plots whose license is intended for apartment buildings and a Hotel.

The project is located on a ’mixed construction site’ in Azeda de Baixo, Setúbal, with 12,900m2 of land.

The plot infrastructures are in place.

PIP approved at the end of 2021 for urban development and construction of flats and a 4 star hotel.

This PIP is included in the list of urbanistic commitments in the revision of the PDM of Setúbal in 2021.

There is the possibility to invest individually in one of the 16 plots and develop the project conditioned to the approved PIP for each of the plots.

Located at the entrance of Setúbal, in the new developed area of Setúbal with new roads around the neighbourhood and a new shopping centre (the first in Setúbal) which opened in October 2014, the lots are located south of Av. Antero de Quental.
