There is the possibility of changing the project to increase the number of units.
However, the approved construction area in the subdivision must be maintained so that increasing the number of fractions is only possible by changing their typology, making smaller fractions.

To increase the number of fractions, there are two options:
1 - Continue with the current project and start work quickly, then submit an additive project to increase the units (internal changes).
2 - Change the project now, submitting it to the City Council for consideration, which would require normal licensing, but even faster than usual.
