In this case, the gross construction area is about 7,200m2.

The remaining area inside the two lanes is inserted in an area of Fundamental Ecological Structure, allowing future constructions to come into contact with a vast existing green area. The council’s PDM admits that camping and caravan parks, recreational and leisure areas, holiday camps, tourist developments and facilities of public interest can be installed, increasing the potential of this land.
