The apartment is a 2nd floor no lift but easy stairs. It was fully renovated planning on all your comfort and needs.
As you enter the spacious and bright living room welcomes you. The living room is furnished in a modern style and has a living area with a large sofa, two armchairs, a cupboard and a TV LCD with international channels. The living room has also a charming fireplace and A/C so that you can feel nice and comfortable any time of year. There is also WI-FI access in all house.
The dining area has a large table and chairs for 6 Guests where you can enjoy your home meals looking at the old pictures of Cascais. The living room has access to a balcony faced to the main street with outside tables and chairs so you can enjoy the fresh air on a nice breakfast or an evening drink. All the apartment windows are new and have insulation and double glazed therefore the street noise will not disturb your rest.
Next to the living room is the open kitchen fully equipped with oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and blender, and supplied with crockery and glassware, pots and pans, cutlery, kitchen utensils and cloths so you will feel easily at home. There are also available an iron and iron board as well as an airer and clothes pegs on the kitchen porch.
On a passage through the living room you’ll find the private area. Along the corridor lies the two bedrooms. One bedroom is facing the main street and has a king size bed, two bedside tables and a large wardrobe. The other bedroom has two single beds, a large wardrobe and also two bedside tables which is useful if you want to join the beds. On this bedroom you can find a sofa-bed that can accommodate 2 extra guests.
There are two bathrooms, one on the corridor with a bathtub and shower and another one on the porch next to the second bedroom with a walk-in shower. Both bathrooms have towels available, hand gel, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer.
Thinking particularly on families with children this apartment has a special area to the little ones. There is a playroom for them next to the living room with children’s furniture and full of toys. Your children can enjoy playing and have fun in safety while you can rest after a busy day in the city or at the beach.

This apartment is located in a region near the Sintra - Cascais Natural Park, a protected natural area of outstanding beauty.
It’s located in the downtown of Cascais, with all its shopping and local trade, outdoor restaurants, pastries and bars, also the beaches with calm waters of the Estoril Coast, the Marina and Cascais Naval Club.
It is also very close, 10 minutes by car, from one of the best beaches in the area, the Guincho’s beach, internationally known by surfing, windsurfing, kite surfing and now more recently the paddle surfing lovers.
It’s also about 10 minutes by car from Quinta da Marinha, one of the best golf courses in the area, bounded by green pines.
For the equestrian arts lovers, it’s also available the equestrian center at Quinta da Marinha, as well as a full gym with tennis and paddle.
Within 5 km are the Estoril Congress Centre, the Casino Estoril and the Estoril Autodrome.
Lisbon is located only 30-40 minutes by car or public transports.

Check-out - Regular time between 08am and 11am;
After 11am only if it´s possible and an extra fee of EUR 30 will be applied; early check-out between 12pm and 06am an extra fee of EUR 50 will be applied, between 06am and 08 am an extra fee of EUR 30 will be applied.

Extras:
Transfer Airport / Apartment: can be arranged for an extra cost of 50€ up to 4 Guests and 60€ up to 8 Guests.

This apartment is located in the town center, close to everything and has a remarkable view over Cascais Bay!
It is located in a nice residential street, very quiet, in a building with three floors with lift, the ground floor having a fantastic and famous local restaurant where you can enjoy fresh fish and seafood every day.
As you enter the apartment you´ll find a modern style living room with two ambiances, the dining area with a glass table that sits six guests and a relaxing living area with a sofa-bed that can accommodate two extra guests, an armchair and two puffs, a LCD TV with International Channels and Wi-Fi access. The living room has access to a balcony facing the Bay with a table and chairs and two comfortable puffs where you can enjoy a magnificent sunset.
The traditional kitchen with Portuguese tiles has all the equipment you need as stove and oven, microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and fridge with freezer. It is also supplied with crockery, cutlery and cookware so you can prepare your own meals.
A long corridor with a large closet leads you to the two spacious bedrooms also with wardrobes, one with a king size bed and the other one with two single beds, both with access to their own private balconies which are facing the peaceful residential street.
A complete bathroom with two sinks, bathtub and shower serves the two bedrooms. Hairdryer available.
The whole house has heaters and double glazed windows for better comfort as well as manual shutters.

Payment:
To make your reservation you only have to do a bank transfer or a payment by credit card of 50% of the total cost of the stay and the remaining 50% will be paid until 15 days before check-in.
