Surrounding Area: (For those who don’t know São João do Estoril)
São João do Estoril is a village in the union of parishes of Cascais and Estoril, in the municipality of Cascais, Portugal. It is located on the Atlantic coast, which delimits it to the south. It was founded in 1890 through several individual initiatives, due to the fame of the Poça Baths and the emergence of the Cascais Line.

Its railway station, inaugurated alongside the initial section to Pedrouços, was the first to be built in the Estoril area, and is now an important interface between rail and road transport.
