TERMS OF THE CONTRACT

1. The Lease agreement will be concluded exclusively for Fixed Term Housing;

4. Payment of income is made by Direct Debit into account and/or Bank Transfer;

5. With the signing of the Booking Agreement, the:

6. With the signing of the Lease agreement, the right to pay:
- The income of the 1st month of use;

7. The lessee has the duty to inform about the presence of animals in the apartment and make a security reinforcement under penalty of contractual resolution;

8. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment;

9. Electricity and Water of the leased fraction are on behest to the Lessee;

10. Requirement of guarantors (or bank guarantee/security deposit) in order to ensure the proper payment of rents*

- A renda do 1º mês de utilização;

7. O arrendatário tem o dever de informar sobre a presença de animais no apartamento e fazer um reforço de caução sob pena de resolução contratual;

8. Não é permitido fumar dentro do apartamento;

9. A Eletricidade e a Água da fração arrendada são por conta do Arrendatário;

10. Exigência de fiadores (ou garantia bancária/seguro caução) de forma a garantir o bom pagamento das rendas*
