The apartment is located on Rua de São José, Bairro do Tronco, in the urban parish of Nossa Senhora da Conceição, on the 2nd floor of a building with lift. It has been designed to meet the needs of UTAD students and medical interns seeking a quiet, functional and high-quality living environment.

The bedrooms are furnished with brand-new, functional furniture. Two bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and two have additional wardrobes. All rooms are equipped with a bed, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a desk and a chair.
