This is a one-bedroom flat located just 2 minutes from Ameixoeira metro station.
This flat, situated on the 1st floor, has a useful area of 60 m², including a sunroom, and has a box for one car on the -1 floor.
Built in the 1980s, the building is well preserved and this second-hand flat is excellently constructed.
The balcony, accessed from the living room, is another plus. Nowadays, few buildings offer this kind of space, which allows us to create a leisure area, enjoying natural light throughout the day and with direct views of the tennis court and the magnificent Quinta de Santa Clara garden.
Close to local shops, cafés and pharmacies, it is a short distance from the EB1 secondary school in Santa Clara, the ABS Gil Vicente with pre-school education, basic education (basic theatre course), secondary education: scientific-humanistic courses (science and technology, languages and humanities and visual arts) and professional courses (tourism technician, sports technician and systems management and programming technician).
It is also located around 5 minutes from the University City and schools such as the Colégio de São João de Brito and the Academia de Santa Cecilia.
Its location, combined with impressive panoramic views and unique facilities, makes this property an ideal choice for those wishing to live in Lisbon.

The parish is named after the old Quinta de Santa Clara. The territory of the parish is located in the old ’saloia’ area, which supplied the city with its farms and fields of cultivation, and remained so until the first decades of the 20th century. The term Ameixoeira came from a Mixo Moor who lived there. Until the 18th century it was called Mixoeira. It was a place chosen by people from Lisbon to spend the summer months, and a ’rest’ for writers, politicians and liberal professionals. From 1901 to 1928, the ’fashion’ of duels took hold on Estrada Militar, in defense of honor. In Charneca there is still the old Terreiro da Feira de S. Bartolomeu, the last Terreiro de Feira in Lisbon. Famous in both parishes was the ’Vinho do Termo’ that supplied the taverns of the capital, whose vines were predominantly cultivated in Quintas da Torrinha and da Mourisca. A habit that remained there until the first decade of the 20th century was ’waiting for the bulls’ ’, on Calçada de Carriche. Another popular custom in the area of the workers and bourgeoisie of Lisbon was``going to the vegetable gardens’, on Sunday. In the first decades of the 20th century, the farms began to be abandoned by the owners, who later authorized the use of patios and uncultivated land to build ’tents’, starting the degradation of the area. In 1959, a large part of the Charneca territory was transferred to the parishes of Lumiar and Olivais. Today, the ’old centers’ of Ameixoeira and Charneca coexist with 20th-century construction areas, such as Torres do Lumiar and Paço da Ameixoeira, or social housing, such as Alto do Chapeleiro, Galinheiras, Grafanil, Quinta da Torrinha and a part of Alta de Lisboa. Merger of the former parishes Charneca and Ameixoeira.
