Agricultural land with just under one hectare, precisely 8,160 m2 located in an area known locally as Corgo da Bruxa. The land slopes sharply to the northwest and is filled with some carob, fig and almond trees. Access is via a tarred road. It has water and electricity nearby, however it is in an area classified as a National Agricultural Reserve.

The village of Paderne, with extremely strong characteristics of the Algarve Barrocal, is located about 13 km from the county seat, Albufeira. This interior location with several underground water tables, transformed the great plains of the parish into fertile land for agriculture. Thus, several extensions of land cultivated with different types of cereals, dried fruits, almonds and carobs, and more recently, vines, were developed.

A little to the south, more precisely two kilometers away, are the last ruins of the Castle of Paderne, the village’s stronghold, decimated in the earthquake of 1755. It proudly has one of the oldest philharmonic bands in the south of Portugal, founded in 1859 and still today at work with the vitality of a young adult.

The accesses are of good quality, and to reach the land, you will have to use a dirt road. The land is very close to the center of the village, about three kilometers away. The distance to the Health Center is thirteen kilometers, as for the Lusíadas private hospital. To get to Faro airport you need to travel about forty kilometers.
