The hotel will have a construction area of 2.000 sqm, distributed by 3 blocks, being 2 for accommodation units and the central block for the hotel entrance, reception and other hotel services.

The 39 double rooms (6 units for people with reduced mobility) with its own sanitary installation will be divided over 2 floors.
