The proposal projects a building of straight, light and contemporary lines, of a single volume, composed of floor 0 and 3 floors, capable of housing services and operating conditions in accordance with current and future requirements, allowing future users great levels of comfort, convenience, assistance and quality, and where integration into the surrounding environment will be in the most convenient and discreet way, being provided at the level of the four floors:
