Herdade das Castas Nobres has about 30 ha of vineyards with several excellent grape varieties (Aragonês, Alicante Bouschet and Castelão).
The vineyard has had good productions due to the fact that it is extremely well treated by the current owners.
The entire vineyard is irrigated with water from 6 boreholes. The amount of water is more than enough to supply the endowments of a vineyard in this region of Alentejo without any problem. It also has an excellent pond with very generous dimensions and a metal reservoir that serve as a reserve for water supply.

As for the urban area, there is a main house with about 670 m2.
There is also a chapel and a garage for about 6 cars.
