To book, advance payment of 50% of the total amount made by bank transfer;

The return of the deposit is made after verification, at the end of the stay/check-out;
The return of the deposit may be suspended, or even a higher amount may be requested if there is: damage / damage / dirt or extreme disorder / excessive number of occupants even temporarily / loss of keys / other anomalous situations;

The Estoril beach house is located 250 metres from Azarujinha beach and is situated in São João do Estoril, a very quiet residential neighbourhood with all kinds of trade and transport nearby.
The house has a comfortable lounge area with sofas and TV with international channels, and a dining area for four people. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. It has a hob and oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, blender and washing machine. There is crockery and cutlery. There is a toilet next to the kitchen.
The bedrooms can be connected as they have a door, but this can be closed off, making them completely autonomous. Both have independent entrance doors. One of the bedrooms has a 160x200 double bed and is en suite. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower. Please note that this bathroom must be accessed from the double bedroom. The other bedroom has two 110x200 single beds. Guests have a designated space outside with a table and chairs to enjoy an al fresco meal or simply relax.
WI-Fi internet is available throughout the house.

Cascais is 3.7 kilometres away and Estoril with its famous Casino is just 2 kilometres away.
