Room in a T2 apartment available for rent from august 1, 2024. I am looking for someone between 25 and 30 years old. The apartment is available until June 2024. The Apartment has all expenses included, including cleaning maid once a week.
The apartment is modern and bright and has a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and living room with a terrace overlooking Almada.
The house has 2 bedrooms, the one in the photo is mine and the other will be the same as the one in the IKEA photo with EVERYTHING new and bought now. All new!
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, including a coffee maker and washing machine, and there is a TV with all channels in the living room.
The apartment is a 1-minute walk from the Centro Sul metro line, and from there you can reach Cacilhas or Pragal in a few minutes. It is also a 10-minute walk to Parque da Paz. It takes between 30 min-1 hour to reach Cais do Sodré or Entrecampos by boat or train, depending on transport times.
I’m Portuguese and I speak English, 35 years old with Spanish and I love all typical things like music, going out and the beach.
I’m looking for someone friendly, clean and easy to get along with, friendly. It is important to know that I have a cat at home but I no longer accept animals.
